Construction Superintendent

Job Description:
The Superintendent will be responsible for supervising the work site and all related activities. The Superintendent will also be responsible for managing the crew and providing overall direction, leadership, and oversight for the project. The Superintendent will also be responsible for managing the relationship with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers as well as with other vendors. The Superintendent will also be responsible for managing the project’s daily progress through daily inspections of job site activities, and weekly safety meetings. Good driving record required, will be given company vehicle.

HVAC Service Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
